REGIONAL
CHAMPIONSHIPS
1985, 2001, 2002, 2008
The men's & women's track & field program trains and travels together but competes separately. The team starts training in early February and begins their competition the beginning of April. With the upstate weather we use several forms of indoor training such as: circuit stations, pool, plyometrics, indoor running and technique work.
The team tends to become a close knit family which encourages and supports one another. Many friendships are formed that continue on after their stay at Herkimer.
Our goal is to strive for ultimate team performance as well as individual. We look for hard working, dedicated and talented athletes who have the desire to reach their highest potential.

TRACK AND FIELD
Boasting one of the most successful track and field programs in the nation, including multiple team and individual national championship, it is the work athletes put in which pushes them to the top. Herkimer County Community College has built a partnership with the local high schools to use their track and field facilities to get them prepared for there season.
