Xavier Cardona

Xavier Cardona has been named the Green & Gold Athlete of the Month for December and January following an impressive stretch of performances for the Generals. A sophomore general studies major from Staten Island, NY, Xavier has been a key contributor to the team’s success.

During the months of December and January, Xavier averaged 12 points and 6 rebounds per game, providing consistent production on both ends of the floor. Serving as a steady captain, he has demonstrated strong leadership while playing multiple positions, showcasing his versatility and basketball IQ.

Xavier’s impact helped guide the Generals to an outstanding 12–2 record over the two-month span, solidifying his role as a cornerstone of the team’s success.
