Rose Scores Career-High 7 Goals in Win over Mohawk Valley

Herkimer College defeated Mohawk Valley Community College with a final score of 23-1 on April 1st.

The Generals started strong, scoring six goals in the first quarter and maintaining their lead throughout the game. Freshman Chris Rose (Cornwall, NY) was a standout player for Herkimer College, scoring a career-best seven goals and contributing an assist. Sophomore John Goebel (Albany, NY) also had an impressive performance with five goals and three assists.

On the defensive end, Herkimer College limited Mohawk Valley Community College to just a single goal, showcasing their strong defensive capabilities. Sophomore goalie Kolin Humberstone made 12 saves, helping to secure the win for Herkimer College.
