Utica NY- The Herkimer volleyball team had their final regular season match on Tuesday, October 19th. The Generals won against Mohawk Valley CC 3-2 with scores of 25-15, 25-7, 18-25, 19-25 and 15-8.
Sophomore Libero Kayla Suppa (Oneida, NY) once again led the Generals with 45 digs, 3 aces and 1 assist. Fellow Sophomore Brittany Mcmanus (Herkimer, NY) chipped in with 11 kills, 6 aces, 16 digs and 3 blocks and Freshman Maria Humble (Herkimer, NY) had 3 kills, 5 aces and 16 digs.
The Generals finish the regular season with a 7-3 record on a 4 game winning streak. The Generals are back in action Sunday October 30th, when they head to Niagara County CC for the Region 3 Tournament. The Generals Face the Erie CC Kats at 10am.
